DAY 5 - HSGD
Goooood morning world!
I woke up today at 8:45 am and didn't put any liquids (not even water) in my body until 9:30 pm when I weighed myself and I'm 182.4 lbs!!!!!! I lost 2 pounds overnight again. I feel so so happy. I need to continue this low cal restriction for as long as possible. Until I complete all 17 diets. I will be the skinniest bitch you've ever seen. So yesterday I had 372 out of 1000 calories I was allowed.
Today my calories limit is 950 but we all know that means nothing and I will defo go under that. For breakfast I'm having 500 ml water and a black coffee. I'm having second thoughts about eating a lot of calories on Christmas Day... I'm so scared I'll get fatter but I could always fast the next day. I had logged in that I would eat around 900 calories that day but that feels like such a huge number. I guess if I ate half of everything I said I would it could go to 450. I can do 450, but now I got myself all hyped up for fasting... I guess I could still fast the next day as well.
Okay it's set! 450 on Christmas Day and fasting the day after.
12:52 pm: Today I will be going to the movies then shopping so I need to plan my intake carefully. I have decided to get a Coke Zero to drink at the movies. I am currently on my first tea of the day (white tea - pomegranate) and my second bottle of water.
1:20 pm : So for lunch I had 220 gr. green beans (46.2) with 2 tbsp tzatziki sauce (13.6) and a Nature Mix Cereal Bar (87), totaling me at 147 calories and I'm crazy full. Hopefully I don't eat until tonight again.
5:41 pm : I just got back from the movies, it was great. We saw a Pixar animation called "Coco" and they did such a good job. I had a large coke zero which I am weary about because I normally don't like to drink soda but screw it, it prevented me from binging on popcorn so why not? Now I will try to gather my bearings.
9:00 pm : I made Christmas cookies with my family and ate dinner. It was 1 cup Kohlrabi (36.5), 1 cup Leeks (32.2) and 1 cup mushrooms (21.1) all dressed with 3 tbsp light yogurt (33.2).
This puts me at 270 calories, if I'm hungry later I can have a fruit or something and defo a lot of tea to help with digestion. The cookies we made were gingerbread and coconut-date balls. I didn't even have half a bite! My water intake is 1.5 ltrs.
12:00 am : Guys I'm so proud of myself, I got super huge binge cravings and finally gave in and cooked it all up but only ate 1/4 of it??? Obviously I went over my daily allowance ( around 1200), but I am still proud and currently trying to fix the damage with a supercharged detox tea and plenty of water (about to hit 2.5 ltrs).
*if I gain tomorrow I am liquid fasting.
