DAY 14 - I'm doing the ABC DIET
179.6. I've lost 0.2 lbs since my last weigh in but I think that has to do with my binge 2 days ago and me not weighing myself afterwards. So let's just say I got back to my LW/CW and going to go lower. I would say I'm going to fast today but I say that everyday. I just want to go into the new year calorie free.
I have a party to go to after the countdown, my very first New Years party with my boyfriend and all my friends. I know no matter what I wear I will look like a whale but not eating until then will maybe help even just a little.
12:05 pm : Okay so I know I said I wasn't going to do any more diets buuuuut a friend of mine said she wanted to start the ABC diet and I had been meaning to see if I could do it (I haven't seen anyone complete it before, even though I'm sure people have) So I wanted to push myself and drop the extra pounds. I'm making today day 1 with 500 calories or less. I'll post the entire diet down below.

5:45 pm : I haven't eaten anything today. I've only had a black coffee and some water. I don't feel hungry but I'm so cold. I spent most of the day with my boyfriend and now have come home for a bit to get ready for the countdown. Tonight I think I will wear my new heeled boots with my skirt, leggings and a nice tight top. For now I will make some hot tea and try to read.
6:20 pm : I am finally eating and breaking my fast I guess even though I never officially was on one. I'm having 35 calories worth of vegetable soup.
Update : I only had half of the cup of soup so I guess, 17.5 calories? Regardless it's not much I just felt I was too fat to be eating.
7:05 pm : My parents offered me dinner so I had about half a cup of cauliflower with a cheese sauce (40 calories) and about half a cup pork tenderloin sauteed in olive oil (130) putting me at 207 calories. I know I'm still under my 500 calories mark but I feel like such a fat bitch why do I keep doing this.
8:19 pm : I felt so guilty for eating so I burned 87 calories with a long ab workout routine. I feel a bit better now.
