DAY 4 - HSGD

In four days! I am so freaking happy. I've lost 3 pounds in 4 days! So yesterday I ended up having 279/900 calories and today our goal to go under is 1000. I don't have anything planned today but I would like to work out and rest a little with a hot shower at some point. I know cold showers burn calories but I hate the cold.

I forgot to mention yesterday I was so proud of myself because I cooked both my mom and my sister heavy, greasy, high calorie meals and I didn't even have half a bite. Nothing. I cleaned up afterwards and washed my hands and slowly sipped my tea. Progress.
10:30 pm : I never drink green tea out of fear that it will make me hungry but it is honestly my favorite flavor of tea. I am currently drinking a green tea mint tea for breakfast with 500 ml water and listening to remixes of popular songs. Typical morning for me. I woke up around 9:00 am feeling weird, not how I pictured waking up after eating not much the night before would feel but at least I showed less on the scale today. I need to lose another 4 pounds by the end of the week.
12:32 pm : I made an frappè with just coffee and water and it turned out so well! I thought I'd start posting some pictures of my meals and drinks and maybe eventually my body when it looks less embarrassing.
3:00 pm : For lunch I made a big soup with 1 cup cauliflower (26.7), 5 small pickles (22.2), 200 gr. Iceberg Lettuce Mix (35.3) and 1/2 a cube vegetable stalk (15). Totaling at 99 calories. I only had a few bites but I will save the rest for later. In other news, I have planned the next 17 diets I want to do, varying from 3 days to a month each. I'm so excited. I just did the calculations and I would take me just over a year to finish all these diets, I guess we're in this for the long run!
7:50 pm : So I calculated and I think I've had about 10 calories today. I went for a short run and felt like I was dying! I'm going on 1.5 ltrs of water.
9:00 pm: I are a bit more of my soup, probably 50 calories worth, so I'm at 60 now. I've also hit 1.5 ltrs of water. But I'm super freaked out now because I made plans to go to the movies tomorrow at 3:00 pm. I hate being at the movies because the cinema is at the mall and I hate busy malls. I also organized all the diets from easy to hardest so it's easier to choose which to do next and am about to calculate what I will eat for Christmas because I fully intend to take advantage that I'm allowed 1100 calories that day, but will not go over my limit.
10:00 pm : So for dinner I had 220 gr. or Kidney Beans which was 272.8 calories, and I finished the soup. I hit 2 ltrs water as well! My total calorie intake is 372.
