DAY 1 - Drop it Diet

As you know. if you have read my previous entries, I went over the amount of calories I chose was right for me and now I am rightfully taking action, as I should since I weighed in today at 182.8!!!! This is terrible and needs fixing fast, so I created this diet to see how much weight I can lose during these two weeks. Day 1-4 are fasts so I have set a timer I will be showing you throughout the 4 days. For breakfast I'm having water and a big cup of self loathing for this drastic spike in my weight. I would like to work out at least once a day during these two weeks, so I have downloaded an app with various 7 minute workouts to choose from. 
In other news, I also have adult stuff to do today that are stressing me the fuck out, but lets hope I get through everything gracefully and tomorrow be a pound lighter. 
1:24 pm : As I said a few posts before, on my fast I will be aiming for 2 ltrs of water, 5 teas, 3 coffees and 1 can of diet soda (soda if necessary others are mandatory) daily. I finished my adult stuff for today and can now focus on getting skinny. I think I'll do some yoga that targets my big fat legs. Up to now I have had 1 bottle of water. 
2:48 pm : I did a long and hard full body work out and I feel beat! I'm having my second bottle of water for the day. My goal is to get to 180 by tomorrow. I think after my water I will have a coffee to boost me up and tuck into a movie. 
6:00 pm : 7 hours into my fast and going strong. I actually haven't eaten for more than 7 hours but that it just when I officially started the fast. I am on 1.5 ltrs of water and feel great. 
11:00 pm : I've had three teas, 2 ltrs of water, 1 coffee and 1 diet soda. I'm going to do my skin care routine and go to bed.
