New LW

So a lot has happened since I last checked in. I've been really good with my restricting and fasting and hit a new lowest weight; 176.2 which at 5'9 still has me as overweight but I am much closer to my 170 lbs by February goal and much farther than my starter weight of 187.6!
I am so proud of my self for managing to lose 11 pounds in a couple of weeks and much more motivated for even quicker weight loss.
For the following week I will be eating high protein, high fat, low carb, low cal in order to put myself into ketosis. Needless to say I am very excited.
