I LOST 10 POUNDS
So I have been gone for a few days, mainly to get myself back on track since my recent diet fails. And it worked. I weighed in today at 177.4 lbs meaning I have lost 10 pounds since my initial 187.4 lbs about 18 days ago. I am 7 pounds away from my first goal weight which has a deadline by the first of February. I am already starting to see the difference.
I am more motivated than ever to not only lose more weight, but also work on other aspects of my life like decorating my room the way I want it, focusing on my writing and starting the process of publishing my first book. I also am thinking of going ovo vegetarian and have been following a pretty good workout routine. I also recommend Epsom salt baths as they do wonders for weight loss. My skin is clear, I am happy and this is only the beginning.
Here's the plan : For the past two days I have been fasting and doing toning exercises while drinking detox teas and one cup unsweetened almond milk a day (60 calories) but today I only had 2 tablespoons of it. I will transition into broths tomorrow, juices the day after then solid foods but under 200 calories, the day after that is 400 then I will officially start the ABC diet, no messing around this time. I won't be checking in much during the fast as I have nothing to log, I'm just sitting around all day drinking water. On the first day of introducing food into my diet again I will start journaling on here again with my usual daily updates.
