DAY 20

I wasn't gonna update today as I'm still on my fast, but I really wanted to write so here I am.
Let me walk you through my fast up to now : Day 1 - no appetite, thirst (intake:  1 cup milk) 
: Day 2 - appetite, thirst, nausea (intake: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk) 
: Day 3 (today) - no appetite, nausea, light headed, no thirst (intake : 1 vegetable bullion cube)
Tomorrow's intake is one fresh juice then the day after that I break my fast with 200 calories. 
Somehow I've managed to maintain despite my strict diet and exercise (177.4 lbs) but I have a feeling tomorrow is gonna be a day I drop 2. 
Exercise wise, I have upped my walking by a ton and I do various muscle toning exercises throughout the day. 
I am 65 hours into my fast, going on 72, then 96! 
Overall I feel great.
