New LW

So a lot has happened since I last checked in. I've been really good with my restricting and fasting and hit a new lowest weight; 176.2 which at 5'9 still has me as overweight but I am much closer to my 170 lbs by February goal and much farther than my starter weight of 187.6! I am so proud of my self for managing to lose 11 pounds in a couple of weeks and much more motivated for even quicker weight loss. For the following week I will be eating high protein, high fat, low carb, low cal in order to put myself into ketosis. Needless to say I am very excited.

Reboot

Aaaaaaaaand I'm back and more confused about where my life is taking me than ever. I fasted and binged in an endless cycle we all hate to get into and am ready to conquer my fat once and for all. I managed to go up to 181 lbs which I hate myself for but just give me 2 days and I'll be back to my most recent LW. Without an accountability blog to journal my thoughts into I had lost track of the main goal: weight loss/120 lbs by September and more importantly, my next GW which gets closer by the day. 170 lbs by February. I refuse to fail. For now I had a slice of whole wheat toast (79) and a small avocado (233) but I felt so guilty about the avocado so I purged and worked out like crazy. I'm keeping a score board for all the times I work out!

DAY 20

I wasn't gonna update today as I'm still on my fast, but I really wanted to write so here I am. Let me walk you through my fast up to now : Day 1 - no appetite, thirst (intake:  1 cup milk)  : Day 2 - appetite, thirst, nausea (intake: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk)  : Day 3 (today) - no appetite, nausea, light headed, no thirst (intake : 1 vegetable bullion cube) Tomorrow's intake is one fresh juice then the day after that I break my fast with 200 calories.  Somehow I've managed to maintain despite my strict diet and exercise (177.4 lbs) but I have a feeling tomorrow is gonna be a day I drop 2.  Exercise wise, I have upped my walking by a ton and I do various muscle toning exercises throughout the day.  I am 65 hours into my fast, going on 72, then 96!  Overall I feel great .

I LOST 10 POUNDS

So I have been gone for a few days, mainly to get myself back on track since my recent diet fails. And it worked. I weighed in today at 177.4 lbs meaning I have lost 10 pounds since my initial 187.4 lbs about 18 days ago. I am 7 pounds away from my first goal weight which has a deadline by the first of February. I am already starting to see the difference. I am more motivated than ever to not only lose more weight, but also work on other aspects of my life like decorating my room the way I want it, focusing on my writing and starting the process of publishing my first book. I also am thinking of going ovo vegetarian and have been following a pretty good workout routine. I also recommend Epsom salt baths as they do wonders for weight loss. My skin is clear, I am happy and this is only the beginning. January 2nd - DAY 16

179.8. Why have I plateaued? It isn't that hard to lose a pound so why can't I? I am 33 and a half hours into my fast and so ready for day 2. I have noticed a few good changes though, such as my clothes fitting more loosely; especially around my lower stomach and upper thigh! And I am not sure if this is a good sign or not but I'm so cold all the time. It's crazy.  6:00 pm : It's kinda like this year has a hint of magic in it. I'm finally sticking to what i need to do; workouts, not a calories worth of food and plenty of water. I spent my day watching movies and now am doing a face mask before my shower. I even did some studying obligations I had!  Its like this year is flowing with productivity and inspiring me to do the same. My intake has been a ton of water, 1 tea, 1 coffee and some sugar free gum. I actually don't even feel hungry.
